HARVESTING: By hand. Harvested in early Setpember.
VINIFICATION: Rosé from pressing : direct pressing of scratched grapes, just after harvesting. Once the juice is produced, the fermentation starts in inox vats.
AGEING: short in inox vats.
TASTING NOTES: The salmon pink clear color of this wine goes with the smell of white flowers, then peach. In the mouth come smoothness and sweetness for this well balanced, crunchy and fruity rosé .
AGEING POTENTIAL: 2 to 3 years
FOOD-WINE PAIRINGS: it is a rosé of gastronomy that will be fine
with appetizers such as sweet and sour prawns, and
with dishes such as tajines, the sweet and salty tastes suit him well.
